I wish they'd give ed a chance with the goalie pulled. I thought he had the best game out of any dman tonight and continues to get points 5 on 5. He was generating chances tonight and seider was clearly out too long at the end and tired.

Don’t think he had a good game at all.

Done w the Husso / Lyon BS. Always hurt, super inconsistent, AHL goalies at best. Bring up Cossa and call it a day. No one cares about what the Griffins do. They are a gap filler for the big club, so use it. Lyon bye. Husso, go back to Europe, you are done in the NHL. Very easy to see.

I agree, Lyon is more responsible for the early 2024 hot streak than anyone. Dialed in Lyon is among the best in the league, too early to give up on our Simba.

Campbell's got a better GAA and about the same SV% as Husso in GR. Switch them.

I think Petry's healthy now. In either case, send Holl down to GR instead of Laggeson.

I still think Kasper should be centering that 2nd line too. And Veleno wasn't HORRIBLE on the 1st line. You could also try Berggren there. Or...gulp...Tarasenko lol.

If Copp was a free agent not attached to a contract right now...I'm not sure he'd be signed by anyone. I'm unclear as to why he's centering our 2nd line.

Just very sloppy play. Some good chances but puck luck also didn’t go their way tonight. Need to regroup and have a strong showing against Florida. This stretch of 5 games in 8 days will be a real make or break for playoff hopes IMO.

Did not watch the game. Got busy and had a feeling with Husso in net.

How they respond to this loss will define the season. Win streak was bound to end sooner or later. Do they shake off the loss and come back with a strong game vs a contender or do they spiral like they often did under Lalonde.

I am also guilty of this in another thread KJoe, so I am here to help burden some of that blame.

8 points available coming up on this road trip, will be interesting to see if this group has the ability to bounce back after such a clunker of a game and have a good trip. The threat of coming out of the trip pointless seems more possible after tonight.

Counting me in with the group and sending Husso off for good. Waive him, no more GR.
