He didn't kill it but Dekeyser was good for the Wings. he was just another DMan being slotted above where he should be because so many defensive prospects didn't pan out.

The guy was playing 20+ minutes a night his second year in the league because after Kronwall the defensive corps was Lashoff, Ericsson, Kindl, and Brendan Smith.

you're right, but I still can't shake the bitter disappointment that many defensemen left me with by being someone other than Nick Lidstrom

I think Ericsson is the one that hurt the most, I had such high hopes for that guy

Husso is terrible.

He lets in at least 2 soft goals every time he's in the net. That needs to.be stopped every time; a shot from the outside with no traffic in front of the net, yet it beats him.

They need to wake up, so far this is a classic game where they thought the 2 points would come easy. You can't lose this game to this Sharks team.

I think they need a big string of wins from Husso before they relax and start playing well in front of him. Right now no one trusts him, IMO.
