Last chance to get your guesses into the Prediction Contest before I fall asleep...

No way the world is flat, no way.:naughty::laugh:

Not flat exactly. There are hills and mountains and valleys. Some very big, gradual hills that give the impression of things being over the horizon. The pictures from the moon were faked, just like the moon landing. Actually part of the same fake.

I spotted Elvis in Polo Park last week. Still going, but looks awful!

When Colorado beat you recently, I asked why you had Comrie play the game instead of Helly.

This forum told me the better goalie always plays the first night of a B2B, regardless of the opponent, to try and guarantee at least one win.

I noticed Comrie is starting tonight so that Helly can face Colorado tomorrow.

Did something change like Helly isn’t feeling well tonight?

Just Arniel getting cute.

Great GDT!

On a related note, here's a fun Mean Gene Okerlund fact that not everyone will know.

His son Todd was a hockey player, mostly in the minors but he played 4 games with the Islanders. He was on Team USA at the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary.

Go Jets Go!!!
Looks like a young Eddie Olychuk
Too lazy to check spelling

Just a quick note before I forget, because of the recent update, when I copy and paste the prediction results, the table does not appear as a table anymore, just a bunch of code. The mods are working on it, so if I do not include the results after tonight's game, you will know why. I will try to find a work around (i.e. a screenshot). Thank you for your understanding...
We are patient
Fixed yet? @SUX2BU wants to know

Did he find out if his volunteer work was pensionable?:sarcasm:

Freep didn't say.

I dont know why they just dont buy some of those blankets you see on infomercials that you just throw on the fire and it puts it out

Things that make you wonder.

No, worries, Comdawg's got this, he's 2-1, 2.34, .914 vs the Kings.
Helles 6-8-1, 3.20, .902 vs the Kings.

Kopitar and Fiala each have a six-game point streak vs Jets.

Kings lead the league in fewest goals allowed at 95

Kings lead the league in fewest 1st period goals allowed at 22.

The Kings have 21 games of 2 or fewer goals allowed (4th in the NHL)

Kings have the 9th best PK at 82.6%, but the 5th worst PP at 16.0%

We've done pretty good scoring goals against the Kings in the last 10 meetings, having scored 3 or more a game 6 times.

But the most shocking thing about the Kings is that Adrian Kempe puts bananas on his tacos.

(Volume starts automatically then mutes itself, so you have to hit the volume button to hear anything)

Nice Gesture by the team on that Helly jersey by all players

getting 300 wins

And that is also the fastest by American born and 3rd fastest overall.

Helly is at his peak now and cerebral goalies tend to stay on their peak longer than athletic goalies.
I consider Helly a cerebral goalie.

We are so lucky to have him.

And for him and Scheifele to stay when they can walk away. That means a lot to the fans and organization.
