I grew up playing tackle football in the fields with his nephew, who could literally drag you down the field holding on to his legs.

As an anecdote that is true I was recruited on a bus trip by Chi Chi Cruz to join his wrestling league, that featured the Insane Clown Posse. Would have taken a good beating if I had pursued it.

Let's put the chokehold on the Kings.

Great GDT, Mac. Some of my earliest memories watching TV was AWA Wrestling on Channel 9 back in the early 70s. MAD Dog Vachon, The Baron and Crusher were my favorites back then.

I took Nick Bockwinkle for granted back in the day. He's probably my favorite wrestler of All Time now. His promos with Mean Gene and "The Brain" were some of the best. His stoicism was hilarious.

I remember watching AWA wrestling with with my uncle.

I met Baron Von Raschke at a convention a few years ago, very cool dude.

I loved to hate Nick Bockwinkle and Booby the Brain Heenan.




Same with Jessie the Body Ventura.




And the Sheiks.




My uncle loved Da' Crusher.




My favorite was Mad Dog Vachon!

They have had some issues with porting over settings - just give it a few days. It's the same platform, just the update.

How long does Arniel trot out the same second line before realizing it isn't going to work?

I'd love to see some imagination here - hell at this point I'd take Kupari on the 2nd line. Sure, his production is not great - but if he can use his speed and forechecking to back off defenders it might give Nik and Perfetti some more room to move.

I tried to see what was on TV last night but got nuthin down here in smokey SoCal since our power has been out since yesterday at noon. They won't even give us an idea when we will get it back due to the high winds again today causing the power lines to swing around and sparking up some new fires.
