Well, I am talking more about the stupid incidental penalties we take. That O-zone penalty is brutal.

When will the FO realize we have ZERO offensive abilities. If we have the puck more, it put less strain on the D. We are being outshot 10-2 in our own building after our captain takes a cheap shot to the head. This game has zero energy. It's like the ghost of Joey is still among us! Let's go FO, at least make watching games entertaining by getting players who have skill and want to play.

Some great pinches by Savard. Count me as one who thinks he's got pretty good hockey IQ.

You could see Jones starting to take more chances. He covers the ice so well, I really want to see him step up more rather than let the other club get in our zone.

At 5 on 5, despite the shot count, I'm not sure the chances were in Carolina's favor. They let Jackets get chances from right in front. Meanwhile the Jackets let the Canes pass around the perimeter but nothing in front.

Embarrassing period. Believe it or not, sure seems like to me the fans are actually more into this than the players. Jackets chants started almost immediately.. Too bad outside the Boll payback fight and one good hit by Savard on the boards we are barely touching them.

Sad state of affairs... Here's to hoping they turn it around in the 2nd and I didn't waste my money watching a lifeless team!
