Same number of years if you include the 2017-2018 season where he didn't play at all.damn fabbri was with the wings longer us ?
Now this is how you start off the biggest home stand of the season, time to get a win streak going.
There will be 6 seconds left when he gets out.Thomas Backhander to the Mezz
Thomas takes a very late penalty. No Hatty tonight boys and girls.
As excited this fanbase has been about Bolduc, it's easy to overlook that Holloway was a higher draft pick.Holloway is so good. Thinking of the geniuses in Alberta deliberating for a week and not matching that peanut contact always makes me smile.
I could easily see Edmonton losing in the second round this year. After what happened last summer, 2024 will probably be the deepest team they will have in the McDavid era.Not matching Broberg I can understand. Not matching Holloway was a purely emotional decision and it's really going to bite Edmonton in the ass.
Their loss. Our gain. Kid could be a 70 point player this season at age 23.
That's what I'm expecting. Second round loss this season. After that it gets even worse as they try to figure out how to add depth, defense, and goaltending on a team with huge contracts handed out to so many players.I could easily see Edmonton losing in the second round this year. Couldn’t agree more. That's what I'm expecting. Second round loss this season. After that it gets even worse as they try to figure out how to add depth, defense, and goaltending on a team with huge contracts handed out to so many players.
I fully believe the Blues slammed their Cup window shut last offseason.
In regards to Holloway, it truly is baffling. I get they didn’t/probably couldn’t match Broberg, but they let Holloway get away just to turn around and sign Skinner and Arvidsson, who combined have 27 points (to Holloways 32)Got back to Peoria about 30 minutes or so ago, and wow. What a game to pick as my first one back. The Blues have averaged 6 goals per game in my last 3 trips to the arena, so maybe I need to go more often.
The Fowler ceremony involving both teams was a nice touch.
Also, Kyrou, Holloway, and Thomas were awesome tonight. I can’t for the life of me understand how Edmonton let this kid go. I hope he hits 30 this year.
The Blues win 6-2 and Faulk is the only Blue with a minus for the game at -1.
Good going Faulkster
