Totally missed the fight putting my son to bed, but kudos to Frederic for trying to raise their emotional intensity at a very useful spot in the game and not when it was already decided. I don't care if he fights or not, that's never my complaint, just that he makes his presence felt and he certainly did that.

Just watching those replays everyone seems to know exactly where the Bruins are going with the puck. There’s a guy in our passing lanes all the time. We definitely lack skill at the top, but we have too much skill to be this bad. There’s definitely some blame in the system.

If Marchand, Pasta, McAvoy and Sway are your core 4, well something needs to change in there. Brad's too old to worry about, I think Sway will bounce back, although the damage of the offseason mess might come back to bite him even worse than it is already. Pasta whatever his flaws is a proven elite RW over multiple years.

But McAvoy. He's likely found his ceiling and it's lower than we hoped. Doesn't seem to be a great leader. I don't like it, but I'm starting to lean to him being the one to move on.

Are you getting tired of watching this same group basically year after year? I knew life after the Bergeron era would be a tougher watch, but this is gross. It's not even the results really, it's just the meh mix. I've seen enough of Coyle, Zacha and even McAvoy to last me a lifetime.

This team as constructed is just void of talent depth. The three guys wearing letters and the $8.25 million goalie have decided to let the interim coach hang. Sweeney may have to do a "shock" trade as KPD says to try and save his job.

I hope Neely says no to moving the first. I would say that everyone on the roster should be available including the captains. The fact that they don't pull up any of their young talent is a harsh reminder of our lack of organizational depth.

Oh well, I will keep watching and hope the rebuild is quick. Unfortunately I don't trust Sweeney to do it!

Shock trade is McAvoy for ep40. Calling it now. No way Donny doesnt respond especially possibly being shutout at home with a 5 game losing streak going. Something is gonna drop.
