Welp, while I love Gallant, its clear he should have kept Lafreniere-Strome-Goodrow together. Lafreniere immediately looked like a better player.

And then of course Panarin. He had more responsible players on his lines. Zib-Kreider cover A LOT of ice. They open up the ice too with skating and hard work.

Great move by Gallant if it was a decision he was going to make anyway even if Chytil was not leaving the game

yes, we're lucky it's AZ but the teams playstyle meshes better. Panarin and Strome together tilts it way too far in finesse perimeter mode.

the Coyotes missed a ton of defensive assignments and we hit some literal open nets + a Panarin bar down goal
i enjoyed it and they're skating a lot more downhill but the goals happen with or without that jolt

I am in agreement on this. Although I will say Goodrow seems to be part of the chemistry of that line.
