Frattin has looked good so far this period. his speed has given that line two good chances by stretching out the D. he made at least one good hit also

I agree except for the bad shot decision he made on the PP, he had other options, but so for I like his play, but I think hes better at RW.

I am getting tired of Fox sugar coating everything. I know he just being a homer... But after while it's became insulting.

he spins stuff in the positive most of the time. most PBP and color guys are that way. they won't sit on the air and be negative, it's part of the gig.

both Bob and Jim though over the years at times will not sugar coat it and have really called out the team. it just isn't going to that often

Then Greene will get another high stick.
Blues will score on the 5 on 3.
Then Stoll will go to the box for a face off violation.
Blues will score on the 5 on 3.

that shot was *** awful. it was at least 2-3' wide, which promptly ran back out of the zone. looked like a Stoll PP shot from the point

It's funny. It's obvious the lines aren't working so Sutter leaves them alone. When they are working and they go a period without scoring he changes them. Just can't understand him.

Because he's stubborn,
And you'd think by now he'd realize that most teams that have a good PP success have so because they have established PP units who practice together. Not DS. He just throws guys out there and hopes something will work. The one PP goal they scored in the last game worked because they had the unit that used to be their #1 out there. But he reverted back after that. Slava isn't as good on the point as Richrds, he's just smarter about moving around and waiting for the lane. Oh well...hoping the 2nd goes better.

Oh, don't get me wrong. I would take Fox even if he has a nasty cold over Gayward any day. Miller and Fox are one of the best team until the recent years. Miller is now too old, but I still love him.

Maybe because all of those penalties from Greene? But we can't score and our PP sucks. So it's not fair to blame it on Greene

yeah i agree Bob is having an increasingly difficult time calling the games the last few seasons. not sure if it is his eyes or his mind. sometimes it bothers me because it is obvious, but i don't want anyone else doing it until he says he is done. once he decides to hang it up, i hope they transition Nick over to the TV feed
