My god, nothing on the 5 on 3. Where was the down low play or shots at the goal to get the rebounds. That was so f-ing predictable.

Sutter should be ripping into these guys right now, hopefully they come out with some fire in the 3rd.

When it rains, it pours. This team has lost its balls.

Yeah, they need to pick up that edge again. No one going to the net, stirring anything up, etc. It's one thing to not get up for a team who is getting up for you; it's totally another to look neutered.

These guys need to get in there and mix some **** up in the third period instead of taking all these stupid 2-for-hooking/slashing/holding penalties.

There was not a single shot at the feet of the goalie with any chance at a rebound. It's a 5 on 3 for heaven sake and all you do is shoot from the points? FAIL!

St. Louis Blues blocked shots: 16
Kings total missed shots: 14
Kings shots on net: 24

Always bother me how badly this team shoots the puck.

I guess we can look at the bright side, Lewis is fitting in quite well with the rest of the team now since no one can score.

DL should be ripping into Sutter as well. But that won't happen because dean's too soft on the coaches.
And DL should get his head out of his ass.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

There's only so much Sutter can do, and people complain about whatever he does. If he changes the lines, he's too impatient and doesn't give them any time to build chemistry. If he doesn't change lines, he's stubborn. If he pulls Jones, it's the wrong time, even though it's got nothing to do with Jones. If he doesn't pull Jones, Sutter is just standing behind the bench with his thumb in his ear while the team goes through the motions on the ice.

No in this case, you go back to what worked for you so well in the first third of the season; put Carter and King back with Richards and Brown (or Toffoli) and Williams up with Kopitar. I don't care what you do with the other 6. This is the definition of crazy- doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.
