Games against the Blues are always chippy and tend to be pretty close in score. It's like playing the Ducks really.
 
The Kings are so dirty they make other teams injure opponents before they play them.

They're just that dirty.

You guys have this one in the bag. Blues have given up 2 goal leads and lost in 6 of the past 11 and have been winning or tied going into the third in each of the past 5 games with 0 victories to show for it.

Wouldn't be too broken up if you guys put a clown pounding on us so we might get the changes we need.
 
When Blues fans, who haaaate us, are asking for a pounding, you just know the good guys Kings are going to get blown out 6-1 to make sure the Blues feel better about themselves.
 
Kadri is a tough customer being in the lineup for Toronto tonight after Carter put a hole right through him and spit on his corpse. I'm also glad Polak is able to walk after nearly hurting himself on Toffoli's numbers. I hear the NHL is going to fine Lucic for the cost of one of Kadri's sticks too since his cup broke it. It's also remarkable that Doughty escapes suspension for that vicious stick hold that nearly injured Komarov when he plunged defenseless into the back of Doughty's helmet on the ice, and for the subsequent vicious glove punches to the perfect angel as he savagely chased him down ice.

Hope the Kings can recover their dirtiness and refocus on tonight's game.
 
This is one of those trap games serious. We all know our team to well we will find a way to suck and lose.
 
I think the Kings pound the Blues, this is one team, that the Kings players actually get up to play.

4-1 Kings.
 
I always like games where the other team tries to stir stuff up (at least with this lineup). Gets our guys fired up, makes for entertaining games.

If their guys want Hitch gone, I don't expect to see a great effort from them. Should be relatively easy to tell their feelings on the coach.
 
I feel like teams have to physically pump themselves up because we're so big and physical. It's funny though, we play teams like Winnipeg where everyone is huge and the game is tough and respectful, then we play smaller teams and they go all Napoleon and hack and whack but then when we respond physically the Kings are the dirtiest team ever.

Blues are similar to the Jets for us. Both teams rarely have incidents with one another. I mean we have playoff history/rivalry so there's 'hate' there but there's not over-the-top craziness with precious few exceptions.

Long story short, I'm sick of playing little ***** teams with their stickwork and crying to refs to save them, like the Leafs, or the Sharks outside of Burns/Thornton/Marleau, Pens, ...crap just about everyone on that Eastern road trip...I think you get the point. Sick of not being able to draw penalties because everyone is big and strong, sick of being penalized.

Wow can't believe half the season is over already. Please don't lose tonight.
 
By the way, Metallaca's "One" is now part of the game introduction light show. Absolutely awesome.
