Fun fact: Sean Bergenheim is Finnish. I don't know when they got there but he and his father were both born in Finland.

That's a cheat code in Puckdoku when they ask for a Finn.

Not really in Finnish, no. There are those with names descending from Swedish, but in traditional Finnish naming fashion? No, I can't really think of first or last names that have that much of B's involved.
And it has to be said, there are plenty of Finnish people with Swedish origin last names that have had nothing to do with Swedish speaking Finns for decades or centuries. So just because a Finn has a Swedish sounding last name doesn't mean he's a Swedish speaking Finn.
 
Sebastian isn't really a Finnish name per se, it's a loan word. Started to become more common (as in not just a dozen in a million) name in the 1960s.
What's a loan word?
