Beginning to wonder if the coaching staff is on the same page. The season is half over and it sometimes seems our players still don't have a clue about what kind of game they are supposed to be playing.

Didn't watch this one. Lot of chatter in the ECH post-game stream about "getting goalied" by Markstrom. His line looks pretty ordinary (21 saves on 23 shots, .913 sv%) Was he really THAT good or are the casual Kraken fans just not used to seeing average to slightly above average goaltending?

This is what I dont understand. Does our coaching have such a hard time or are the players flat out not executing it.

I don't know if Francis is the kind of GM who would do that just after 1 season but the inconsistency in how the team has played certainly shows that there has been no real improvement. If the team ends up worse than where we had last season, which is where it is currently trending, I can certainly see Bylsma gone.

I was also hoping that Campbell would be a a great story for us this season but the PP is in the bottom half of the league as well. So is the PK. Not surprising I guess considering we are currently 5th worst in the standings.

Markstrom had a pretty incredible save with the game on the line in the 3rd period.

Palat's goal, a re-direct from a ways out, was the killer. Grubs missed that one, badly. IMO, the Krak got badly "outgoalied".
