So funny story , my phone was acting up on me when I was away last week . Kept shutting off and rebooting every 5 mins. Went to a local Apple Store, they basically told me to F off, since the phone is over a year old. So I went to a local Verizon, they took my broken iPhone 14 and upgraded me to a iPhone 16 for free.
