For like the last 6 weeks our rush defense has been putrid and among the worst in the league. That’s is the number one thing that needs to be fixed before the playoffs. Hopefully it’s a product of being short staffed but regardless they need to get it together.

it looks like someone replaced goodrows stick with some sort of joke stick or something....like the puck touches his blade and just explodes off it into a turnover. i hate piling on the whipping boy but man he's really a mess out there right now

That is a hallmark of a waste of year though, you play "fine" but still only get one goal while at least 4 is going to get spotted to the other team before it's all over. We need to either figure out how to score 7 or 8 a game, or just completely change the approach. It's not working with this personnel.
