That was an embarrasing display by the officials that period. Both sides got away with such obvious calls. I mean these are blatant stuff. Then they call that on Drew? Blows me away.

It really twas, between the dumb penalties taken and the lackluster play. Sutter usually wakes them up between intermissions though...

Seems like the Kings think it'll be easy for some reason.

Muzzin has that deceptive shot offensively, but man does he make poor decisions in the defensive zone. Rookie defenseman and all, but...

Doughty can talk to the ref, but he has a history of flying off the handle. They're running him, but he needs to control the emotion.

I hope to see a better Kings team in the 2nd. I know Sutter will say what needs to be said, and I hope they hear him. They didn't respect the Stars in the 1st, and didn't play the way they should.
 
Hopefully that'll piss em off good for the 2nd. Dallas is embarrassing us.

That was a really one sided period, they'd better come out firing in the second.

Other than Williams and Quick this has been a terrible effort displayed by the Kings. Perhaps they figured this was a game to take off, I have no idea.
 
Penner needs to stop doing that. He must do that blind pass to get the puck out at least once every game . It doesnt work unless youre trying to to turn it over
 
Are you guys even paying attention? Cody Eakin is a forward, the Selke is won by defensive forwards and the goalies name is Bachman :laugh:
