Roy is a goddamn prince when the puck is on his stick. Everything is done with a purpose. TC WJC put him on the lower lines on two separate occasions... only for him to work his way up so fast. He just has "it".

I'm sending a fruit basket to Saint John for not really maximizing his strentghs in his draft year, trading him and honestly not sending great signals about him (character and work ethic). This will be a gift to us fans.

It's funny it was like the light switch went on after he scored.

I think it had more to do with the style of game changing. There were so many odd man rushes and the D was horrible. The game was really open. If he can play like that in a tighter game, then I'll be impressed.

Dobes was good in nets tonight despite ending the night with a below .900 SV%. He had an .897

That second goal was horrible any way you look at it but he did come up with a cople of 10 bell point blankers. He does seems to lose his net on occasion should be an easy fix.

Yeah I predict he will continue getting better as he gets comfortable with AHL hockey

That would make him next in line for a LHD call up.

Every time his name came up last year I said the same thing. "there is something about this Guy" It wouldn't surprise me at all if this is a player other teams covet.

He's definitely a better hockey player Wright Now. I hope like hell that if and when we call him up he gets Suzuki Caufield playing time. The one guy that can take some focus away from those other two in the Ozone. A younger better Toffoli is awesome.
