If Brown can’t go what ingredient do you add to Game 4 Hot Stew?

Just my opinion but Honestly their food tastes like shit. I’d rather just give a $20 to the charity directly than buy a shitty Popeyes soggy chicken over sauced sandwich and let Popeyes get the giant tax credit.
I used to love their sandwiches, but lately somethings off and their sandwiches make me feel like shit. I do still like their chicken tenders or regulary chicken but I think their oil is either not hot enough or they changed quality of oils that their nuggets and sandwiches aren't served as well by it.

oof, Arvidsson looks hella mad. Steaming he was taken off the roster, "I feel I should be out there, did everything right, play hard each and every shift. It's hard (coming out of the lineup)"

Expecting a Viktor Arvidsson showcase today. Our little Swedish cannon ball is coming to take off heads tonight

Could be they are not changing the oil often enough. I don’t know, I’ve only tried them a couple times and each time was gross and threw away half of it. Mary Browns was the same too.

I wish @Bobieque opened a restaurant.

That could be it. As I first experience it at a different location than the one by my house that we'd typically go to. By the time I finished the sandwich I just felt sweaty with a bit of a headache and thought that wasn't a good experience at all. Didn't experience it again at the one by home the next time the kids pushed for it, but now I've had similar experiences to the bad one at three different locations.

Unfortunately the rest of the family still really likes it when we're heading on a road trip, but eating regular chicken in car isn't something I'm interested in doing.

This is just a random thought that might not belong here, but it's not really thread-worthy either...

If the Oil win this series, then they will have home-ice advantage for the first time in this whole playoff season in the SCF. Would they be the first team ever to do that?

It seems unlikely based on how long the NHL has been around, but it's also something that probably doesn't happen very often.

It's certainly odd, but I suspect it's happened at least once before. I think LA had a run like that in one of their cup wins.

Everyone can make a tasty stew, but there’s something about they way @Bobieque edits his food pictures that makes his creations look way more delicious.
Yup, 100% agree. It’s funny though, I got pretty serious about food back in 2006 and I won’t go through an entire “origin” story but it’s now a big part of my life.

I’ve done a fair amount of cooking but really, if I was pressed on “make your best dish” it would either be my baked beans or my stew.

Not going to lie though, it’s way easier to take a pic of ribs, brisket or sandwiches than beans and stew. So I try a bit harder when trying to capture those two dishes.

My stew is based on an Americas Test Kitchen version.

I still cook it a bit different, but that recipe is a big step up from the normal.

Cheers!

You should start a "food porn" thread on HFOil.
I love to cook so I'd definitely contribute to it.
