Yeah, like the last series we played.

I agree big time with your last statement though. Don't let them have that momentum back tomorrow night.

Well, that's a fair point. But it was still a turning point game, we were down 2-1 if we won it's 2-2 if we lose it's 3-1. It's not every day teams come back from 3-1, you know.

I did not expect a sweep, but I do have every faith in this NYR team winning this series. I am especially pleased to see those types of comments from guys like Michelle Therrien and Danielle Briere. When coaches and players make those types of comments, it sends the message they're a bit desperate, don't believe they can win straight up, and need to resort to obvious bush league attempts at trying to distract the opposition. Grasping at weak straws.

This NYR team is poised, very well coached, and has an excellent leadership group in place and will not bite on that type of weak bait. Aside from on ice adjustments, you watch the NYR player pressers and these guys have left game 3 behind and are entirely focused on game 4. They will be ready to play.

Some really bush league stuff going on. Did Therrien really imply that they're going for Brassard's shoulder tomorrow? That's a new level of low. I'll be sick to my stomach if we lose this series. I want this to end in 5, but you just know this is going 7.

Stepan sent a short response to Prust's text? Good, I hope it was "**** you".

Win.

If the Habs beat us at home again it would be absolutely pathetic.

Also, Therrien needs to learn how to keep his ****ing mouth shut. No wonder this Habs team is full of crybabies. Their coach acts like a ****ing child. A fitting team for a coach like that, for a place like Montreal.

I agree and I think it's more of us as fans that keep on hashing over all of this crap. But that is our jobs as fans, we get to do all the dirty work:laugh:

Please please please for the love of god Rangers close this out quickly, the bull**** coming from the other side is unbearable. From the team to the fans to the refs to the league, this is some kind of bottom of the barrel scummyness. This 3 days between games is pure torture, just win - LGR!!!!

I can't really check around right now, this probably has it's own thread, but anyone see Ulf getting yelled at by Therrien during practice?

Considering Stepan came back to play and was also doing a lot of talking after the hit is it likely he'll still play tomorrow? I understand it all depends on his ability to breath and such with the plate but from what I understand it wasn't a bad break. If his breathing is fine get the kid a face cage, pop some pain killers and get back to work.

The Habs invite that kind of BS by being such whiners. If you act like you're extremely easy to get off your game, people are going to test you.

Truly pathetic stuff coming from their locker room. Frankly, I think it's just going to renew this team's inspiration to win this series. We've seen how they play when they're trying to prove something extra. Let the Habs heap on the motivation.

AV said today that Stepan is still at the hospital and unlikely for game 4.

That's the kind of **** that gets the MTL organization off their game? Nut up.

Therrien you think Ulf didn't just go up to the box and watch your practice anyway?

A lot of bush league stuff coming from the Montreal organization. Still complaining about Stepan, the dude had ****ing surgery!

Ridiculous, it really is.

Good on Slats for not moving. I wish he was sitting there chomping on a cigar and straight chillin

Nothing would please me more than ending this in their barn in game 5 :yo:

Nobody tells Slats to beat it, they wouldn't dare. He's sittin there with his cigar quite comfortable

I feel like if they started yelling at Sather, he would smirk, puff his cigar, and press a button on his chair that would open up the ice and swallow the whole team.

I try to explain to people that the Montreal Canadiens are not the same as Canadians.
Of course the two biggest teams up here are the Canadiens and the Maple Leafs, as they've been around forever.
By no means is everybody a Habs fan. It would be like saying that every person who is a hockey fan in New Jersey is a Devils fan.

Of course, just didn't know if that whole "root for a Canadian" team to win the cup was that big. We see numerous threads on that every year here, but I feel like that would never apply to a Montreal or Toronto.
