If you have the brains of hands of any animal it’s not looking too good. Hands tend to not make great brains.

By the same token, I imagine an old school, hard nosed, stay at home defender with sausage hands, the speed of a clam, but the brains of a wily porcupine as being a complimentary description somehow.
