Glad I could watch it on TV, as In certainly wouldn't have paid $2,140 for the privilege of sitting in the wind and freezing rain to listen to "Chance the Rapper", and paying an additional several hundred Dollars to fly to Chicago.Tickets: $2000
Food: $100
Parking: $40
Freezing in the cold, booing your own club off Wrigley Field Ice and the highlight of your experience being a D-tier concert from someone named "Chance the Rapper": Priceless.
Toodaloo Refhawks
Eddie Olczyk is the epitome of the Chicago nostalgia fossil.Apparently Eddie Olczyk tonight lol
Who is the mother f***er far left that has his pants hiked up to his knees?
Also I just want to say again that Broberg, Holloway and now Fowler have really made this season enjoyable whether we win or lose. I just wish Fowler was younger but damn man, he was who Parayko needed ever since Jbo retired.
LOL!the people dancing in the outfield to Chance the Rapper were paid $125 to be there

Agreed. Some are done with him but I haven’t written him off quite yet. He’s not remotely close to being Krug-level of uselessness. Don’t really understand what’s happened to his mobility but he’s dealt with injuries. If we can get just a season and a half worth of acceptable, capable, (nothing awe-inducing) defending now that he’s not being overextended that would be nice. That would take us to a year left on his deal and we’d have more options with him. Right now he’s not going anywhere so we need him.

I am not a Faulk fan, but he should have gotten the player of the game. He was great in this one. Just need him to play better more often.
Faulk might be playing injured now. During the post-game clips on youtube, Monty called out several players before giving the "star of the night" to Fowler. He shouted someone out for playing through pain. I couldn't catch the name, it sounded like Flacker. He said "Schenner good job leading us, Binner good job in the net, ??? {Flacker???} good job playing through pain and an excellent hockey game that you played". The only guy I can think of is Faulker and he flubbed it, maybe Walker but they call him Walks, no -er. It might be someone else obvious I am just blanking on. Let me know. Here is the vid...
Worst case scenario is that we walk in the grass/snow and avoid the slippery, ice-craggy sidewalks altogether. We had what was not snow or sleet, but rather looked like dippin’ dots falling from the sky a few weeks ago.
As for the adventure walk, if the worst case happens you can always have some hair of the dog or a J for my law abiding, plant loving friends, if you need to numb any boo boos. It’s a day off for most of us after all.

I don't think it was Faulk because Faulk was on the other side of the room he was pointing at.
looking at who he was pointing at, it looks like maybe one of Thomas, Kyrou, Buch, Texier, or Holloway.
Great minds think alike. You and me. Me and you. I also didn’t and still don’t know who the F this “Flacker” was that Monty was referring to when I saw that clip last night.
I didn't notice it on the broadcast until the 4th goal. THAT was loud.
Did I just watch a commercial for Bud Light?
Almost as bad as playing $600 to watch your team get curb stomped 6-2 in the cold.the people dancing in the outfield to Chance the Rapper were paid $125 to be there

I don’t mind the sponsorship, but having the players be televised to drink a beer in the post-game locker room as a marketing strategy seems creepy.Good call. Now I am really stumped. Kyrou is Flacker because of all the Flack he gets on here??? lol Or maybe Kyrou is Slacker
Might be the first time we've though alike, but glad to be on the same page for once.

I was embarrassingly close to buying 1k tickets to Game 6 in 2019. God, that would have been atrocious.Almost as bad as playing $600 to watch your team get curb stomped 6-2 in the cold.

I did that for Game 3. Ha.I was embarrassingly close to buying 1k tickets to Game 6 in 2019. God, that would have been atrocious.
At least it all worked out in the end. Shame so much of the excitement in that series was in Boston. Gross.I did that for Game 3. Ha.
It had to be, to exorcise Bobby Orr’s flight. At least it all worked out in the end. Shame so much of the excitement in that series was in Boston. Gross.
It was still a special environment. I sat next to a woman in the nosebleeds who was a season ticket holder since ‘67….Game 4 was amazing though. Still regret I didn’t go to that one. I was at 3 and 6. Naturally. At least it all worked out in the end. Shame so much of the excitement in that series was in Boston. Gross.
Unless, of course, it is an actually good beer, then it is OKI don’t mind the sponsorship, but having the players be televised to drink a beer in the post-game locker room as a marketing strategy seems creepy.
