Oh it's definitely an issue that he will have to work on. Thomas' FO percentage was in the low 40s his first three years though and now its a strength. Young players in particular usually struggle on the dot.

I'll be honest I think Bedard will be a #1 center for a long time and very good player. It remains to be seen if he will live up the draft hype but he is a very good player.

I have doubts he sticks at center

I'm not sure he will stick their either. He's 5'9, average speed, not very strong defensively, and has a faceoff percentage of 31% this season (38% last season). I think when Nazar and Oliver Moore are ready, he will shift to wing.
