Good effort, our lack of offensive skill along with Swayman not stealing us one shows us where we are. Just not a threat to the stronger teams in the league.

I wish the fire they play with when down late could be seen in the first two periods of most games. It took Charlie Mac with the big hit for the team to wake up.

You're correct, he's not exempt either. Too many guys on this team picking and choosing when they want to give it their all.
That doesn't excuse Freddy who has all the tools and he's in a contract year. He's given a lot of ice time but doing little-nothing with it.
Added to that Zacha, CM, CC, and a few others.
But Freddy isn't showing a pulse, like at all.
