Jones didn’t wait til the end of games to demoralize his team. He would usually give up a goal in the first minute to do that.

Which is wild because his stats were still pretty good in the playoffs. Problem is he was coming off an absolutely phenomenal regular season so anything less was a letdown.

Georgiev is arguably worse than late Jones

Jones would at least have a fantastic game every now and then that would make you think "Maybe he's not done..."

You keep saying this but every single game he is away from goodrow and the other useless offensive and defensive players on the bottom 6 he puts up 2 points.

Your hyperbole aside, I keep saying it because it keeps happening. Matchups matter, coach wants to put some (perceived as) defense-capable and physical forwards with Smith for when he inevitably gets manhandled on the road.

It’s not surprising that he gets promoted and earns points when at home when they can dictate match-ups.
