If Grier intended to drop more in the standings to get a low pick...well, there is a lot of negative spillover with moves like that.

Niemi had a bad final, but the whole team quit on him. Jones stunk up the joint with a competitive team; Georgiev has lost the Shark multiple games after being here for under a month.
