Actually, yes based on how he has played since the extension. He has been absolute trash since then and it's alarming. People thought he would be the next Captain a couple years ago but he's absurdly impressionable and seems to follow the tenor of the team rather than be the one to set the tone. Laffy long term is another very big concern for this org and people that said they wouldn't trade him for Brady tkachuk if it was an option are sniffing bath salts.

K'Andre Miller will never amount to anything more than this as long as he keeps relying on his "reach" (ie... stick checking, reaching, whiffing) instead of his frame. The guy could be a good 8M defenseman if he honed his game.

This entire team relied on reaching. It's just most noticeable with Miller bc he has the longest reach on the team. Laffy, Mika, fox, everyone on this team reaches bc it's more work to skate to and through players. This team is Charmin soft and lazy.
