I wish we had Rempe for one last mission today.

If this is a lost season and we will be bad at least don’t be soft.

I have seen a lot of bad Rangers hockey in my years. The darkest times are when we just got pummeled and couldn’t push back.

this lines decline is like half responsible for this season stinking
Which is to say the whole team was very brittle with a singular point of failure. All the signs to reset off this group of floaters right in front of us.

Rangers looked decent in the first period because Fox was all over the place. Too bad his partner can’t do his job covering for him on D when needed.

Just let the Caps take a stab with his stick on a covered up Quick. At least Schneider moved towards Raddysh even if he didn't do anything. The other 4 Rangers couldn't be bothered.

I think I forgot to post it, but the other day (Colorado Buffalo!) some Sabre accidentally fell on the Avs goalie and injured his legs. Regardless a ten man scrum ensued with all skaters involved.

Maybe in two of my approx. 20 seasons, the team fought back as a unit, protecting each other.

There’s no attack

Coasting and chasing. Watch the puck for an extra second or two before you start skating

Nah, they were going in straight lines and actually doing things with pace, and 8 minutes of that was plenty for this group, thank you very much.

Glad we could get back to our regularly scheduled read and react and give the puck away strategy.

Panarin Laf and Trocheck all trying to play hero and that line is a non factor. Need to move Laf off it
Panarin needs to play with Chytil and Cuylle. Tro with Berard and Kreider. Zib with Laf and Smith because that’s what we are left with.

Erik Haula iirc bodychecked Henrik into next month with zero let up and the team just stared at him.

The lowest point of the franchise. It's endemic.

Watching these other teams complete multiple tape to tape passes in a single shift.

Sigh.
