This games's not even in Nashville. Cue up some AC/DC.

I wonder if Justin Barron gets back in. He has been scratched since going -3 in 7 minutes in his last game.

Can't sleep on any team in the league. Preds already have the best record in the Central against the Jets.

But it does seem like the p***y cats have the same teeth as the Sabres. Amazon probably thought they had a marquee matchup of Central teams when they got this game. Well one of the two teams involved have lived up to their billing.

Last home game of 2024, come on boys, let's shoot to thrill. Play to kill.

I wonder if you see Perfetti in the middle for this game. Namestnikov is definitely one of those players with some bumps and bruises, if he is missing some skating time, and letting Fetts take draws.
No word on goalie yet? Seems like this one should be Comrie's game. NYE is more of a statement game.

Yeah I'd be shocked if we don't play Helle vs. Avs

Yeah it will be interesting if they have Cole in the middle again. I'll be at the game so it will be easier to see how he's deployed off the puck.

Hoping for another big game. I only need 2 of the next 4 points to get the December prediction correct. But I'd begrugenly settle for the team winning both their last two games of the month :p.

How in the world did Ottawa beat Minnesota on a back to back? Maybe because Ottawa is a pretty good team and we beat them . Not saying this to you but i think some on here have to give this Jets team more credit for just how good they are so far this season.
Ottawa had a lot of jump vs. the Jets. They were quick and hard on the forecheck. There's some legit talent on that team though they aren't great defensively and got hemmed in quite a bit. With a fully operational Ulmark they're a playoff team. And the Wild have been slumping pretty hard this month.

After a solid 10 days off, waking up to go to work today was brutal. Glad there's a game to look forward to tonight, that I don't have to piss around finding a decent stream for. Not a fan of Bezos, but the wife pays for the Prime account so I'm not complaining.

Forgot the Jets played Colorado tomorrow, likely means Comrie starts. So, ffs boys, please give The Brick support and earn the collective W. He deserves one.

No gimme games this season, but these are 2 points you'd like to see the Jets pick up. Especially with a surging Avalanche team coming in tomorrow on decent rest. I really hope Stankos and Marchessault frig off, maybe even take a clapper off the foot. I'm not above wishing for such things.

I do my best to reign in my red blooded nature, but I'll admit, Jessica Simpson during that time in my youth had some pull over me... or rather me pulling - ah nevermind.

If there's any pulling tonight, let's hope it's Nashville yanking their goalie after being shelled by the top offense in the NHL.

Also, f**k Vegas.

Anyone who doesn't have Prime @sipowicz is having a CJOB listening party at his house. Bring your own booze though.

I can still remember being a kid and listening to games on CJOB. trying to imagine in my head what was going on, what the other arenas were like, etc
Same. I still use the radio quite often to take in games. Sometimes there's too much going on to sit and watch, but I'll have it playing in the background or while driving. The Jets app links to the broadcast, which is a handy feature. I find it very enjoyable and it does dust off the imagination, doesn't it?

Yeah listening to games every now and then in the car is definitely nostalgic.

To this day I could never figure out why broadcasters announce things like ‘the Jets are attacking from broadcast left to right’.

How the fack does that matter to the listeners??
