He got a 7 million dollar contract, thinks he's the shit now and actually lowered his intensity. it's so visible he's way outside of the play instead of being the guy chasing pucks on the forecheck. He takes like 20 seconds to make a play too

I'm hoping he just didn't take his off season training seriously enough and has learned he can't do that at this level. If he plays the same way next year in terms of physicality and skating, I'll start to be very worried
