I know it's only one game, and only his 4th of the season, but Hughes needs to get a proper 13th forward. There's a reason Pezzetta has played so few games this year. I doubt he's in the NHL next year.

My feelings is Dach will have a good night. He's on a mission, he will prove everyone Hawks were wrong trading him. He will show he is better than Bedard. And Laine will score a PP goal with a bullet cannon one-timer, so fast replays will barely see the puck moving. And Hutson will have a fantastic night too.

Last night i saw 5 security agents striking a guy down with a knife while a random dog was walking alone in the emergency room and sat next to me for 30min while his owner came back.

This hospital is a shit show like Buffalo org is

How the tables have turned. Now people recognize Savard role.

It helps that he's been playing a lot better since Carrier's arrival. He's now firmly entrenched on the bottom pair with Xhekaj. He's no longer a top 4D, but is still a quality bottom pairing D that can pk.

Carrier has helped put people into better roles. Guhle on his natural side with a veteran player. Savard in his proper role with Xhekaj who also gets a veteran partner.

He's been a huge add to the blueline for multiple reasons.
