He has a hate on for 2nd/3rd line tweeners. That’s something weird about him that I’ve noticed over the years. If you’re not an established top-6 forward or a 4th liner, he makes it really difficult for you. Take you out of the lineup at the drop of a hat, cut your minutes drastically from one game to the next, give you mixed messages about your game etc.
