The issue is Wheeler right now
I would rather have any of Vesey, Brodz, Cuylle or Othmann in that spot, even if they are playing out of position. 1st choice is Vesey. Slam dunk putting him up there, he been one of if not the best forwards regarding system play

I agree that he's been better, a lot better. I also think that there should be someone with more speed, or maybe even just more quickness on that line though. In a perfect world, Wheeler is on our 4th line and laf, othmann and Kakko are our top 6 wingersWheeler had a bad last game but the last few weeks he has actually started to find where he needs to go on the ice with that line.
Kakko for all his missed opportunities on offense still has young legs and a willingness to retrieve pucks, something we need.
