We have the league’s lowest cap expenditure on D, and the second or third highest IR expenditure, and so on.

This is simply not an NHL roster. What can MSL do?

I'm definitely not blaming MSL for this team sucking, but he's just way too passive and that's not a good environment to develop the kids in. We can lose, but fail to show up game after game is not normal.
