Frederic is worse than average imo. He has slightly lower than average IQ, lacks agility and frankly effort sometimes. /He hangs out as third man high in the offensive zone but that's about all i give him along with a good snapper.

The frustrating part with Frederic is he had the makings of a fan favorite but instead settled. At everything. If he simply played a certain way with any consistency he could be a 10-15 goal fan favorite, career Bruin.

Hence all the attention as he instead settles for soft and invisible.

In fairness to him he's been playing with two pianos lately.

Unfortunately the one game the players showed pride late, the fans were collectively horrified and the players found out. No more emotion in terrible losses.

His under performing is predictable just like Coyle Geekie and many others. They are all average players that had over the head seasons last year

Last season the BRUINS goalies covered up a lot of defensive errors. That's not happening so far this season.
