I remember in my youth the NHL used to schedule home-and-home back to backs with the same team. It was usually a division rival and I loved when the B's went back to back with the Sabres or Whalers. But CBJ? That's two more times than I need to watch that team.

Why do I also suspect that the B's will come out sluggish?

Those home & home's would many times be "reverse jersey nights" as well
