The Winnipeg Jets take on the Vancouver Canucks in a battle at the Canada Life Centre tonight. The Jets are coming off of their third loss in a row, a 4-1 drubbing at the hands of the Minnesota Wild. This drops Winnipeg's record to 21-13-1 and 4-6 in their last ten games. On the other hand, the Canucks have won three in a row and are now 16-15-3 on the season and 7-3 in their last ten games. Can the Jets turn things around? Can tonight's anthem singer actually sound better than nails on a chalk board? Or will they channel their inner Gordie Johnson? Let's hope not...
In Winnipeg, a little bit of snow in winter brings out the best in our citizens...
But in Vancouver, a little bit of snow can be a bit of an issue...
I'm not saying it doesn't happen here too. I know it's not funny, as you can't compare a city that is ready for winter to one that really never gets snow. But we can still laugh at them, can't we?
“Snow” way we should lose to the Canuckleheads, it was “mitten” on the car... Go Jets Go!
