I get the whole "sign him now before it's more $" but.. dude was carried by Panarin, yet learned all of Panarin's bad habits.

What was more likely, he turns into a 100++ pt superstar and it's a beautiful steal of a deal.. or there'd be some coming-down-to-earth? Hindsight and all, but still. It could have waited a bit.

Nope, actually the last two games they have looked a lot better. Aren’t getting results but it’s an improvement.
