Krejci now worst plus/minus on the team at -9.

Hard to believe but true.

It really isn't hard to believe. He is having a worse year than ever. I really hope he's hurt, because I can't for the life of me get in board with the money he's getting. Never have.

Spooner let's Khudobin see the shot and he could not stop a beach ball right now.

This lose is soley on Khubobin. Twenty saves that were all easy and he struggled. He had trouble staying square to shooters and he fumbled the puck often. All three goals were AHL level saves and he flopped. One win in eight games? .885 save percentage?

Time to move on.

I know we are now in the post-Truth era, but this statement is ridiculous.

When a player leads the league in Plus/Minus twice, its hard for me to believe he can be the worst on his team.

I think I've read somewhere on these boards that Krejci has been getting more defensive assignments whereas Bergeron is getting more offensive assignments, and I think that is a factor that is affecting Krejci's and Bergeron's game if true as both players are used to the opposite.

Krug and Backes don't think the loss is solely on Khudobin: http://hfboards.mandatory.com/showpost.php?p=126005395&postcount=71

Has Khudobin been subpar this season? Of course, but I wonder how much the Bruins depend on their goaltender to bail them out. They caved in the 3rd basically trying to out defense Carolina's offense. They did the exact same thing against Florida except they held Florida to the only goal they scored in the 3rd. The Bruins need to realize that any goaltender not named Tuukka Rask in net isn't Tuukka Rask. Depending solely on your defense to hold a lead and win a game has not been working for the Bruins. They need to stop playing differently when they have a lead. They have to start putting pressure on the other's team's defense and play more in the offensive zone when they have a lead.

This game should have never gone to OT where the game is more open 3 on 3. The Bruins had a horrible 3rd period, and it cost them. Claude, the players, and Khudobin deserve blame, and I think singling out Khudobin solely for this loss is a bit disingenuous.

They allowed one goal, off a clean faceoff loss and a botched assignment from a defensively weak winger. Most posters here are saying Khudobin didn't have any difficult saves to make. That doesn't add up to a horrible 3rd period, one difficult chance.

And they are not trying to hold one goal leads, depending on defense solely, by design. They let up, a sign of limited mental toughness. That's my take.

Same old story, what can you even say.

Cant score, backups are worse then garbage, boring, same same same.

I love the Bruins but man are they frustrating.

In hockey seasons... that's ages ago. Chara 36 year old Chara vs 39 year old Chara. Hell Krejci was much better then (and I'm gonna be bold and say his best years are behind him).

Nothing bold about that.

We've seen the best of David Krejci. Without a doubt. He's still a very good player, but he's being paid for past performance at this point.
