As long as Pasta’s injury is minor and Frederic never plays on the PP again, there is nothing to complain about tonight.

Zadorov has been really good the last few weeks. Definitely seems to be letting things come to him, where earlier he seemed to be trying to do too much.

Great win. Maybe one of the best of the season. Just in terms of bending/not breaking and overcoming adversity. Locked it down defensively... for the most part.

I don't think we would see that level of patience from Lindholm a month ago (on the game winner). Slowly fitting into place. Zadorov is about there as well. Interesting tidbit about him watching tape of Grzelyck working with McAvoy to improve his timing and positioning.

Zacha gets my nod for quietly underrated very good ultra mega star of the game. Just solid.

They played better after Pastrnak left IMO. Get him an Hampus Lindholm at full health please.

I was 100% against Sacco taking over. Changing my tune. There's a level of buy-in and push back we haven't seen in awhile. Time will tell.

Really fun game tonight and really this stretch of hockey almost every other day for the past couple weeks has been awesome as a fan. Seems perfect to be evolving into more of the team we expected. Seems like anything could unfold in this second half but it sure is nice to be on the upswing right now.

Played with a purpose tonite.Plain and simple.

So impressed with Brazeau's playmaking ability. Soft hands, threads some nice passes.

Zadorov's best game yet and he did not even need to kill anybody. Shooting accuracy still an issue

Man...I was excited to see Wahlstrom throughout the 3rd on the top line to show us what he got.
Looks as though he was a little excited too.

If this game were played in early November, I can almost guarantee Washington would have scored 2 on Wahlstrom’s major.

We may have caught them on a back-to-back, but we beat a top-three team and killed a major with the score 1-1 in the process, good job. Two points behind the Leafs and avoiding the turmoil affecting certain other teams in the East.
