Heinen's been fine. His production is always going to be patchy. He's a defensively-minded bottom 6 forward, it is how it is. Doesn't mean he's not contributing though. Monty relies on him quite a bit when the team needs to protect leads, on the PK etc. Reliable. He's +10, best forward on the team in that regard.

Yup, Heinen at the league minimum is not one of the problems on the team. The guy plays a smart simple game every night. Definitely the type of guy you want on you roster, but not in your top 6 forwards , especially if paid appropriately
