Not second line center but someone who can fill that role in a pinch if there are injuries.

Unless we end up with a 1B type (or Suzuki) as our 2C, I'm hoping we're a much deeper/better team than that offensively. He's filled that role for quite a stretch this year and we have been BAD - in part, because he's been our second best center. He's passable there while on a hot streak, but he's not suited for that role.
