Armia is better at everything. No he isn't. Dvorak, Armia have less excuse for being crap.
Dvorak at least he's solid defensively and among the best in the NHL in the faceoff circle.

Newhook's best asset: well he's there at least.Newhook is equivalent to that coworker who's on their phone the entire shift without doing any work but gets praised by the managers for punching in and out on time.
No it wasn't. It was to far ahead of the other player.

Ne did not wait long re Hutson. He gave him time to get used to the NHL before putting the pressure on him. There was no one else for the right side. Pezzetta not playing doesn;t make sense though.MSL can be pretty stubborn, just have to think how long he waited to use Hutson on PP1, how long he kept Ghule on the right side.......how long Pezzeta hasn't play
Google ''sunk cost fallacy'' and come back when you understand the concept. Today, Newhook is at best maybe worth a 3rd or a 4th from a team like SJ who would like to dumpster dive and even then I feel like I'm being optimistic. He's nearly worthless.Amazing asset management. Can't tolerate this fanbase sometimes.
the way I like themthick, solid, tight
He's an asset to you? I guess you though Primeau was an asset as well and look where he's going today.Amazing asset management. Can't tolerate this fanbase sometimes.

Ridiculous. He still has time to work things out,Google ''sunk cost fallacy'' and come back when you understand the concept. I don’t fully disagree, but Dvorak pulled up and could have made something of it if he was a replacement level player
Back in the circus.Where do you put Pez?
Suprisingly comfortable all things considered. I love his size.
I feel the odds of Dvorak or Armia scoring on a given shift are higher than Newhook and Dach. Dach’s line seems to rarely even get to the offensive zone.Armia is better at everything.

Triple the points as Newhook, useful on PK and better defensively
Not sure how anyone can compare the two

We’re talking about Gally to Dvorak on the 2on1
I don't think that's an appropriate comparison. Newhook genuinely looked good all of last year and showed way more smarts and better offensive instincts than this year. That all vanished. Waiving him is an exaggeration, but he should be on the 4th line until he shows he can produce more than the defensive players at the very least. He's an asset to you? I guess you though Primeau was an asset as well and look where he's going today.
Heineman should be ahead of him on the 2nd line. Other than to raise the trade value of Armia, Dvorak and/or Anderson.I don't think that's an appropriate comparison. Newhook is not a good hockey player. Full stop. He brings nothing ot the table. There is no investment here. His skating is merely good but not deceptive, he's not a great shooter, he has 0 hockey IQ and 0 playmaking and is a 0 on physicality and a net negative on defense. Tell me where you see the ''investment''.It's quite clear that you don't understand the concept as no further investment is required from the team at the moment and waving him loses any potential value he could have.
3rd or 4th is still better than getting nothing. Not much but it's something. Someone will pay that for himGoogle ''sunk cost fallacy'' and come back when you understand the concept.
