I had to sit through five minutes of explaining that my vaccination shot might hurt a little bit but it's got nothing on this hockey game. It's the Rangers that need a trigger warning.

Kakko showing excellent defensive instincts and offensive vision. Execution can be improved with practice and experience. Very impressed — and he has gotten better as the season has progressed.
His linemates haven't helped him tonight

Kakko will be unleashed one day
He’s showing the instincts of a PPG two way player.

I didn't feel like the period was that bad outside of that one PP they somehow forgot how to PK in. I think we had the puck more even though we didn't do much with it.
I think we've seen too much of that tho. Having the puck and not doing anything. I just didn't see anything remotely dangerous the caps had to deal with. Maybe the Blackwell in tight chance that Ovechkin did a drive by on.

Washington Capitals have 4 guys in a 'high danger' scoring area on their PP.

We have Kreider in front and depending what mood Zibs is in... max 2 players. We have a man advantage and we only have 2 guys in high scoring areas. Most of the time it's only Kreider. How this has not been adjusted yet is ABSOLUTELY MIND NUMBING.

The middle of the ice is almost always vacant... I'm just tired of watching this slop
