Skinner and Brown swapping spots?

Makes sense. You get a good defensive pair with Brown and Janmark; plus Kap is an ideal winger for Henrique and Skinner, as he's one guy that can skate miles and is more than happy to have the puck on his stick.

Shout out to Podz for that beauty one touch to Arvidson on that goal too.
You could see the skill of a top 10 pick with his passing IQ. He needs to learn to trust his shot more, he's capable of being a 20+ goal scorer with that shot but he doesn't have confidence in it. Otherwise, he has all the game of a top 6 player.

He's got a lot of hockey IQ. He does a lot out there but is rarely out of position, and it's not like he's playing safe.

I do think his shot isn't great but as long as he gets in good spots he can get goals

THIS. This is such a fair take and yet seems to get shit on here for some reason.
It's a no brainer. We can't afford an elite goalie but another guy up to $3 million that is at least as good as Stu is a must. Preferably a guy that's more athletic so that it gives us a different look to throw at teams if Stu's style is easy for that team to exploit.

He can play up and down the lineup too, doesnt look out of place in the top 6, and also has the skillset for bottom 6.

This 3rd should see the Kings making adjustments and coming out hard. Hopefully we keep playing like we did in the 2nd and ice this game.

He can definitely score 20+ I totally agree. Luckily he’s still young, plenty of room to grow. And he’s got some high scoring teammates to learn from.. McDavid, Draisaitl, Hyman and Perry all 50 goal scorers.

One thing I like about him is he doesn’t try to do too much, he’s not a liability. He just needs to shoot more, he’ll score more and the confidence will grow.
