How is that not a penalty on Bouchard? Either interference or holding, pick one.
Unrealistic to get a guy that can tandem with Skinner when he struggles? Who just has to be better than Pickard? I highly doubt that's an unrealistic ask.
He was slow last year too. I think he’s done a decent job considering his linemates but I think his foot speed will be an issue in the playoffs depending on the matchup. I think having the option to swap him and Nuge will be useful if they choose to use it.
I know he's frustrating, but he's integral to this team. You dont find offensive defenseman like him available in the league.Bouchard is a gambler. Scary sometimes.
The only thing Bouchard did wrong there was get illegally held after he dunked on the pressure...Bouchard is a gambler. Scary sometimes.
Nuge just scored on him so Kings fans must want to ship him out of townexactly
unless you can guarantee me we are getting a legit, bonafide starter, there's no point in trading for another "maybe"
look at Kuemper....dude looked COOKED in Washington, now he back to looking decent again
I agree with this. Skinner is the starter for this team, that's just facts. I would just like a guy that the team trusts to play more than a game or 2 in a row if Stu struggles, that's all. You name some good potential options there.Fair. Better than Pickard is something that I agree with. I have mentioned Lyon in Detroit a few times. Vladar in Calgary is another option but they aren't going to be better or more consistent than Skinner

No holds barred todayBy field was holding his stick wtf
Skinners not on it today. It’s Kapanen. This line with Henrique, Skinner and Brown are getting caved in today.

Yes but what if we keep Skinner and add someone with low cap, and relatively cheap in trade assets? All players are gambles, regardless of position. Goaltending is such a singularly important position that trying things out is good idea. I would like to see someone else in Knoblauch's system. Maybe Skinner is great and something about our system or players does this to goalies. If we got someone else and they bombed, at least we would have learned that, and it would take pressure off Skinner maybe. And who knows? Maybe the new guy does amazingexactly
