Do we know how this works? Like did Drury himself see Borgen and go "that's my guy!" or does he give the scouting department a list of preferences "get me a list of under utilised d-men who can move the puck' and then he works with the names they give him in trade talks?

Panarin has lousy habits too but Panarin has always been a player that starts looking like his teammates after awhile.

Lafreniere was playing good hockey last year, and now he's back to pulling up and standing there for 22 seconds trying to see where his teammates are, like Panarin.
