Should be an easy win for you guys tonight. Canucks d core is a joke right now with all our injuries.

Edler biega
Hutton pedan
Weber bartkowski

Gonna be a long night for the Canucks

According to Rosen, apparently Carter went home for personal reasons and is back with the team in Vancouver. He's still day to day with the upper body injury, but he might play again this road trip.

The problem with LA is they tend to suck against teams they should beat. Hoping they find their game and win the next three.

I don't really buy that at all. Not necessarily that he has no chance of playing on the road trip... Just that I think the person reason was that his hand hurt like a ************ and he wanted to get it looked at.

Not sure where people are getting the Kings are tired from, they should not be yet. This is only the 2nd game in what, 6 days? Tomorrow will be when the tired excuse can be used as it will be 3 in 4 nights, but tonight is 2 in 6.

Yes they are shorthanded without Carter, but I fully expect them to be all over this AHL team tonight. Plus they always seem to get up for Vancouver.

They shouldn't be, but do they not look tired?

Honestly the team has been lagging behind the play all over the ice since the second set of 3-in-4. If you don't want to call it tired that's okay, but let's not pretend their play has been the same as it was early in the season, they're chasing a lot.

I didn't see a tired team against the Yotes. In fact they really took it to Arizona in the third (before the penalty disaster). They do need two points tonight since they are likely to lose both games in Alberta.

If Lucic and Mersch camp out in front of the net, there's nobody in that d-corps(e) that's going to move them. If Drew and co. keep shooting, that'll work out great.

Hope Pearson can carry over how he played against the Yotes the other night. Looked great out there.

I'll be curious to see how Weal does with Mersch on his wing. Maybe there's some leftover chemistry from their Monarchs days.
