Shades of what I saw of him in Tampa Bay. The minus 4 too. It has been written many times about how he wants to be the guy but to be the guy sometimes you need to step off the ice and let someone fresh on. Hughes faltered in the playoffs last year because of this and is out today.

I am. It’s one thing to pinch and get caught up ice, behind the play, but you have to trust your mates to cover and not have three guys going to the puck.
