Funny--I feel like he did just that on his most recent shift (at 5v5, though). Little by little we're seeing Kibble grow, and even if it's not as mind-blowing as Celebrini, it's still quite fun.

I get where he’s coming from. The team isn’t interested in rebounds and playing ugly. They’re looking for highlight reel stretch passes and cross ice saucers for one timers.

No, but I’m kinda expecting for Winnipeg to absolutely pound them in the second.

Eklund had multiple chances on multiple shifts to feed Smith for a shot and for some reason turned back or passed it to his D-men instead of an open Smith. Those two have barely played with one another though (have they at all?) so it makes sense. They also strike me as kind of similar players, not sure there's exactly a fit.
