I mean, the Stephenson - Murphy - Dunn “fight” was just bizarre and I don’t remember having ever seen anything like it in a game of hockey. There is zero chance Stephenson didn’t realize Murphy had thrown his gloves down and was yelling at him coming out of the tangle they were just in…but he just sort of glides away skating backwards looking straight ahead at Soderblom like he’s afraid to acknowledge Murphy or chirp back? Like, have some f***ing PRIDE man.

Cue Dunn of all people flying across the ice to engage with Murphy? Dunn, the guy who broke his hand last year in fight? The guy who’s about a thousand times more important to this team than Cups Stephenson? The skill player coming to fight in place of the plug forward?

I’ve never seen anything like it.

Would legitimately love to know why that line got 3 full minutes more TOI than Wright and Co, given their abysmal metrics and performances of late

Caught up the second and this might be the worst game of the season. They played like shit in every aspect except Joey. Evans + is entirely because he scored the goal but he f***ed up often. It was bad. Larsson was shit defensively despite obvious effort. The horrific effort In The neutral zone is the worst effort of the entire season. Dog shit.

I think the players are rattled and should be because the effort hasn't been there...changes they are a coming but who

Wasn't Eberle the guy who broke his hand after fighting against the Avs because of his hit in the playoff series?

I think Dunn had other injuries and not a broken hand.
